Elderly men, ask not what NASA can do for you. Ask what you can do for NASA. According to an article in U.K.’s Metro newspaper, our venerable space agency is looking for viable alternative sources of renewable energy.

“American space agency, NASA, is investigating the use of a protein found in human ear-hair as a means of powering space suits.”
