Pineapple Recipes

I enjoy pineapple in the summertime. The tangy, sweet and sour flavor is refreshing when it's sweltering outside, and the flavor goes well with any meat cooked on the grill. Here are three recipes anyone can try, including people who don't usually cook, or who don't enjoy cooking, people who view cooking as a chore, people who actually enjoy cooking, people who. . .well, as I said, anyone.

The first recipe is really, really easy.  It's cool, refreshing, and it tastes good.  Find it here:  Pine-apple Mango Ice

Here is a really easy (are you sensing a pattern here?) recipe for no-bake pineapple cheesecake.

If you are cooking meat with fire, try this recipe for barbecued pineapple .

I go to a salad bar once a week. I always put pineapple chunks on my salad and cover it with Ranch.
