Your source for news from around the globe.  The globe includes Tauranga, New Zealand, where a surprised constable pulled over a speeding vehicle and discovered that the driver had no arms.  He had been driving with his seat in a reclining position and his foot on the wheel.

Here's an even bigger surprise.  He had  passengers.   "Although one of the two passengers in the car had a licence, Smith had never held one and the vehicle was not his."

Mr. Smith told the officer that he had been driving for years without any problems, but they gave him a speeding ticket anyway.

In Oklahoma we arrest people that drive without licenses, even if they’ve got arms.
