Hezbollah Using Human Shields

The Herald Sun, an Australian newspaper, has obtained exclusive photographs of Hezbollah using heavily populated areas as a launching site for rockets and heavy caliber weapons.  The photographs were taken by a visiting journalist and smuggled out of the country.  

The release of the images comes as Hezbollah faces criticism for allegedly using innocent civilians as “human shields”.

Mr Egeland (UN’s humanitarian chief) blasted Hezbollah as “cowards” for operating among civilians.

“When I was in Lebanon, in the Hezbollah heartland, I said Hezbollah must stop this cowardly blending in among women and children,” he said.
